I accept payment through PayPal. You can pay through PayPal using a credit card, debit card or bank account even if you don’t have an account.
· Shipping
Digital Patterns:
There are no shipping charges as all my patterns and templates are downloadable.
Supplies:
I ship via Spain International Certified Mail (with tracking number).
I send your purchases within 2-3 days after the confirmation of your payment. The delivery time will vary depending on the country (please allow about 2 weeks). I will send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped. I also will provide you a tracking number so you know where is your shipment.
Buyer is responsible for any Import taxes, duties or charges.
· Refunds
Digital Patterns:
By buying this digital item I waive my right to receive a refund. If you are not entirely happy with a product you have purchased from me, please contact me.
Supplies:
The satisfaction of my buyers is my main concern. But if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact me to find the best solution to the problem.
· You can return the item within 3 days after receiving it. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
· I will give a full refund (excluding shipping costs) after receipt of the original item.
· If the item was damaged in shipping, you should be reported immediately upon receipt.
